According to the meshing characteristics of the space beveloid gears, the normative gear model is established. Study the method of using general gear hobbing machine to process beveloid gear.Through the analysis of the movement of hob, gear parameters and machining parameters is derived.Finally, use the machine simulation software VERICUT to simulate the process, to test and verify the processing parameters.
