采用开顶箱法研究了高浓度O3(80nmol·mol-1)对沈阳市城区内油松光合生理的影响。结果表明,高浓度O3处理降低了油松净光合速率。油松光合速率下降则是2种限制因素共同作用的结果。O3处理后,油松的羧化效率始终低于对照,表明油松的气孔调节能力较弱,更易受到O3的伤害。
With top-opened chamber system, the responses of photosynthesis in Pinus tabulaeformis to elevated atmospheric O3 concentration(80 nmol · mo1-1) were investigcoted. The results showed that elevated ozone concentration inhibiteds net photosynthetic rate of P. tabulaeformis. The decrease in photosynthesis rate of P. tabulaeformis exposed to high O3 was resulted from both stomatal and nonstamatal limitations. It seemed that the ability of stomatal reaction of P. tabulaeformis was injured easily by elevated ozone.
