生物质快速热裂解制取的生物油在利用过程中具有低污染排放等优点,有潜力成为常规燃料的重要替代品之一。分析由生物质流化床分级冷凝快速热裂解试验装置所产生物油的理化性质,它具有粘度大、热值低、含氧高、含水多、呈酸性等特性,在锅炉、柴油发动机等的燃烧器中应用会出现阻塞、磨损、腐蚀等问题,需要提升其品质。通过催化加氢和催化裂化等改性手段,可以从本质上改变生物油的理化特性,使之真正成为常规汽油或柴油的替代品。
Utilization of bio-oil, engendered by by fast pyrolysis of biomass, has the advantage, among others, of emitting only a small amount of pollutants, and thus has the latent potential of becoming one of the substitutes of conventional fuels. Analysis of physical and chemical properties of bio-oil, produced by a biomass fast pyrolytic fluidized bed experimental installation, with stepwise condensation, shows it to be featured by high viscosity, low heating value, high oxygen and water content, acidity etc. It may cause clogging, abrasion, corrosion and other problems when used in boilers or diesel engines. It is therefore necessary to improve its quality by ways like catalytic hydrotreatment and cracking, wherewith the physical and chemical properties of bio-oil can be fundamentally altered, to make it become a real substitute for gasoline or diesel oil.
