为研究成都平原农田生态系统的土壤动物多样性,2008年4月对成都市郊区油菜地的土壤动物群落进行了调查,共捕获土壤动物427只,隶属于10纲,20类群(目)。其中,大型土壤动物有12个类群(目),优势类群为大蚓类(Megadrile oligoehaetes)、蜘蛛目(Aranene)、鞘翅目成虫(Coleoptera adult)和直翅目(Orthoptera),个体数占大型土壤动物总个体数的77.32%;中小型土壤动物有11个类群(目),线虫(Nematode)、线蚓类(Microdrile)和弹尾目(Collembda)为优势类群,占中小型土壤动物总个体数的85.46%。大型土壤动物的Shannon-wiener指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Margalef丰富度指数高于中小型土壤动物,Simpson优势度指数则低于中小型土壤动物。大型和中小型土壤动物的个体数和类群数在0~5cm与5—10cm之间差异较大,5~10cm与10~15cm层之间变化不显著。
The soil fauna communities of the rape land in the suburb of Chengdu city were investigated in April,2008, for researching the soil fauna diversity of agricultural ecosystem in Chendu Plain. Total of 427 individual soil fauna, belonging to 20 groups and 10 classes ,were collected. Megadrile oligochaetes, Coleoptera adult, Aranene and Orthoptera were the dominant groups of the large-sized soil fauna, which took up 77.32 % of the total large-sized soil fauna. The group number of the middle-small-slzed soil fauna was 11 ,and Nematode, Microdrile and Collembola were the dominant groups ,taking up 85.46 % of the total middle-small-sized soil fauna individuals. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Pielou evenness index and Margalef richness index of the large-sized soil fauna were larger than those of the middle-small-sized soil fauna, while the Simpson dominance index was smaller. The number of the individuals and groups in 0 -5 cm layer were higher than that of the 5 - 10 cm layer,but the differences between 5 - 10 cm layer and 10 - 15 em layer were not significant.
