以马来酸酐和异辛醇为原料,研究了酸性离子液体催化剂催化合成马来酸二异辛酯的反应,考察了离子液体种类、酐醇摩尔比、离子液体用量、反应时间等对反应的影响。得到较佳工艺条件:以酸功能化离子液体[HSO3-pPy]HSO4为催化剂,n(马来酸酐)∶n(异辛醇)=1∶2.2,马来酸酐0.1 mol,催化剂用量2.3 g,反应时间2.0 h。在该条件下,马来酸酐酯化率达98.8%。反应结束后离子液体通过简单倾析即可与反应液分离,分离后的离子液体未经任何处理可重复使用6次,酯化率没有明显降低(〉98.4%),具有较好的重复使用性能。
The synthesis of diisooctyl maleate in acidic ionic liquid was studied, including influences of different ionic liquids, molar ratio of reactants, quantity of ionic liquid and reaction time. Using [HSO3 pPy]HSO4 as catalyst, under the optimal reaction condi tion of n( maleic anhydride ) : n( isooctyl alcolol ) = 1 : 2.2, maleic anhydride 0.1 mol, ionic liquid 2.3 g, reaction time 2.0 h, the conversion of maleic anhydride reached 98.8%. Furthermore,[HSO3 pPy]HSO4 is immiscible with the product and can be separated conveniently by decantation after reaction. The recycled [HSOa-pPy]HSO4 could be reused 6 times without any processing and the esterification conversion was over 98.4 %, no apparent decrease of function compromise.
