在关于领导的相关研究中,领导者一直处于研究的主导地位,自Meindl和他的同事正式提出追随者为中心的研究视角以来,追随者在领导研究中的地位逐渐突显出来。分析了追随者视角下领导研究的发展历程,辨析了追随者的概念界定,归纳出已有研究中的两大研究取向。最后,提出了追随者视角下领导研究的框架,探讨了该项研究深化的方向,提出了中国本土领导研究的需求。
In the history of leadership research,leader has always been seen as the main object.Since Meindl and his colleagues firstly pointed out the need to take systematic study on the role of followers,follower-centric perspective of leadership is being addressed in recent research.This paper presents a review of the follower-centric perspective in leadership research,analyzes its development process and follower's definition,and summarizes main research issues.Finally,it puts out a research framework from follower perspective and propose the need for Chinese indigenous leadership research.
