研究了时效处理对Ti-5Fe合金组织及硬度的影响。结果表明,合金从β相区淬火后,合金的相组成为淬火棕相、α相和亚稳β相;在300、350、400℃时效后,合金组织为α相、β相以及等温棕相;在450℃时效后,合金组织中只观察到α相和β相;在Ti-5Fe合金中,棕相大量存在的温度低于450℃。随着时效温度的升高,合金的硬度先升高后下降,这主要是由合金在时效过程中α相的析出和棕相的形成与分解导致的。
The influence of aging treatment on microstructure and hardness of Ti-5Fe alloy were investigated. The results indicate that the phase composition of the alloy is quenched to phase, α phase and metastable β phase after quenching from β phase region; the microstructure in the alloy is α phase,β phase and isothermal to phase after aging at 300, 350 and 400℃; only α phase and β phase can be observed in the microstructure of the alloy after the aging treatment at 450℃; the temperature where to phase could exist vastly is blow 450℃ in Ti-5Fe alloy. The hardness of the alloy increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of aging temperature, and this is mainly caused by the precipitation ofct phase and formation and decomposition of to phase.
