In order to improve the management of smart phone on privacy and security, we design, develop and implement a privacy and safety management system for smart phone based on Android system platform, which sets user login authentication loaded on desktop, permission assignments, communication management, mobile applications management and mobile phone interception and password shielding as one. The system encrypts and protects in the way of login authentication, manages the communication of the blacklist and privacy contacts by intercepting shield, and makes safe backup on system contacts, call records and text messages by local encrypted storages, thus has the advantages of safety and reliability, flexible management, high security, and powerful functions, etc.
