在智能下肢假肢的设计中,需要获取足够的下肢运动信息,而ADXL203作为一种采用集成微电子机械系统(iMEMS)技术的加速度传感器,非常适合于下肢运动姿态的测量。通过分析和研究微型加速度传感器ADXL203的原理和使用方法,设计了基于两个ADXL203传感器的下肢运动姿态识别系统,该系统能准确测试人体大腿、小腿的倾角,并通过运算得到膝关节的屈伸角度和角速度。测试结果表明,该系统非常适合于下肢运动信息的获取,并具有体积小、反应快速灵敏的优点。
The acquisition of enough motion information is necessary in the intelligent lower limb prosthesis design. ADXL203, a kind of ADI product, act as an integrated micro electro mechanical system(iMEMS) is very suitable for measuring motion information of lower limb. An acquisition method of the lower limb motion information based on two accelerometers was designed after analysing the principles and usage of the micro device, which can measure the tilt angles of the upper leg and lower leg exactly, and get the flexion angles and angular velocity of the knee joint by calculation. The results of experiment indicate that the measure system has little volume, good sensitivity and fast reaction, which make it very suitable for the information acquisition.
