在低有机物含量下进行曝气生物滤池的挂膜启动试验。采用陶粒和火山岩两种填料进行比较,以复合接种方式进行挂膜。启动阶段的进水COD为25.04~58.70mg/L,NH3-N为O.64~2.92mg/L,滤速为1m/h,气水比为4:1,对COD的平均去除率〉30%,对NH3-N的平均去除率可达55%以上。试验结果表明,在低有机物含量下,可以直接采用原水进行挂膜,但进水水质对装置的处理效果有较大影响,进水COD、NH3-N浓度不宜过低;选择合适的填料和曝气量是确保曝气生物滤池运行效果的关键。
The start-up process of the biological aerated filter (BAF) with low organic content was investigated. Ceramsite and volcanic rock were used to incubate biofilm through compound inoculation. In the experiment, the influent COD is 25.04 mg/L to 58.70 mg/L, NH3 - N is 0.64 mg/L to 2.92 mg/L, the filtering rate is 1 m/h and the air-water ratio is 4 : 1. With these conditions, the average removal rates of COD and NH3 - N are over 30% and 55%, respectively. The start-up of BAF with low organic content is feasible. However, the influent quality has obvious influence on the treatment effect. COD and NH3 -N of the influent should be maintained above a certain level. The appropriate filter material and aeration rate are the key factors of BAF operation.
