利用非平衡格林函数研究了一维量子环的电子输运特性,在外部电压(阶梯电压)的激励下单端导线与环间有含时的隧穿电流,提出了一种数值法计算有阶梯电压体系的电流,结果表明遂穿电流特性能够反映量子环中电子能谱结构.
The resonant-tunneling properties of a one-dimensional quantum ring are studied using the non-equilibrium Green’s function method.The ring is coupled with a single lead to an electron reservoir,which is excited by a step-like pulse bias.A numerical method is presented for calculating the current in the presence of step-like bias.The results show the establishment of the relation between the evolution of tunneling current and electron energy levels of the ring.
