为了实现面齿轮特别是硬齿面面齿轮的加工,对面齿轮滚、磨削加工中刀具基蜗杆进行研究。根据正交面齿轮滚、磨削加工的特点和包络原理,建立了刀具基蜗杆、媒介齿轮和正交面齿轮的运动关系坐标系,推导了正交面齿轮齿廓和过渡曲面方程;建立了刀具基蜗杆生成坐标系,推导了刀具基蜗杆轴截面方程及其齿廓方程,分析了刀具基蜗杆根切产生的原因,给出了刀具基蜗杆不发生根切的条件;通过对正交面齿轮在媒介齿轮齿廓面上接触线方程的推导,得知刀具基蜗杆和正交面齿轮为点接触形式并且推导了加工中瞬时接触点方程。
In order to produce a face-gear drive, a worm of hobbing or grinding wheel for the face gear is studied. According to the features of a orthogonal face gear drive, the equations of the flakes and the fillets of the orthogonal face gear are derived. The orthogonal face gear is simulated. Through the generation of the orthogonal face gear, the coordinates of the worm is built. The equation of the axis section of the worm and the equation of the tooth form of the worm are deduced. The worm is simulated. The undercut of the worm is analyzed. Finally, the equation of the contact point of the worm and the orthogonal face gear is determined.
