研究FANUC--OiTD数控系统中刀尖圆弧半径补偿对零件加工的影响,提出采用改变刀尖圆弧半径补偿值大小的方法来修正零件锥度和圆弧精加工尺寸,并通过修改G71指令中U参数来减少空行程、提高零件的加工速度,为实现零件局部精加工尺寸控制提供了可行方法。
By studying the influence of tool nose round radius compensation on workpieces' processing, a method of revising the finish machining dimension of the taper and the circular arc was put forward through changing the tool nose round radius compensation's value. By revising the U parameter in G71, the tool's empty route was reduced while the workpieces' processing speed was raised. This research provides a feasible way to control the workpieces' partial finish machining dimension.
