提出了Myosin V三态随机跃迁不等距定向运动的理论模型,得出漂移速度矿、扩散系数D并将二者随ATP浓度及外力F的变化进行了曲线拟合,[ATP]不变的情况下速度与力关系的理论值与实验值吻合,定性的分析了Myosin V在不同ATP浓度下拖动负载运动时的动力学行为。
A three-state stochastically unequal interval hopping theoretical model is put forward. The drift velocity V, the diffusion constant D are all obtained and simulated curve, the relationship of V-F under [ATP] are accordant to that of experiments, the kinetic behaviors of Myosin V under different [ATP] with external load F are qualitatively analyzed.
