在田间实验条件下,对河北平泉,山西太行山和陕西黄陵3个油松种源的光响应曲线进行了测定。采用4种典型光响应经验模型(直角双曲线模型、直角双曲线修正模型、非直角双曲线模型和指数模型)对光响应曲线进行了拟合,并将决定系数(R2)与均方根误差(RMSE)、平均绝对误差(MAE)和赤池信息量准则(AIC)值相结合,探讨了不同模型对光响应过程的拟合优度。结果表明,对各个种源而言,这4种模型的R2均大于0.990(0.993-0.999)。与其他3种模型相比,直角双曲线修正模型的R2并列最大或最大,RMSE、MAE和AIC值普遍较小,整体上拟合效果最佳。根据直角双曲线修正模型获得3个油松种源的最大净光合速率(Pnmax)、光饱和点(LSP)、光补偿点(LCP)和暗呼吸速率(Rd),河北平泉种源的Pnmax最大,LSP居中,LCP和Rd最低;显示这一北部种源的光合潜力总体上较高。
The eight year old seedlings of the three provenances of Chinese pine (Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. ) were used. The seeds were originally collected from Pingquan in Hebei(PQ) ,Taihang Mountains in Shanxi(TH), and Huangling Mountains in Shannxi (HL), respectively. The light-response curves of them were measured using the LI-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System. For an accurate estimation of pho- tosynthetic parameters of Chinese pine, four typical light-response curve models, including rectangular hy- perbolic model, modified rectangular hyperbolic model, non-rectangular hyperbolic model and exponential function model, were selected for the test of their goodness of fit, by means of combining determination coefficient (R2) with the indices of root-mean-square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE) and Akaike information criterion (AIC). The results show that the value of Rz is larger than 0. 990 (0. 993- 0. 999) for each model of every provenance. Compared with three other models, the modified rectangular hyperbolic model had larger values of Rz (0. 996-0. 999), and smaller values of RMS, MAE and ACI gen- erally. This suggests that this model was the best for the estimation of photosynthetic parameters of Chi- nese pine. Based on the estimates of the P LSP, LCP and Rd from this model, provenance PQ had the greatest P and middle LSP, while the lowest LCP and Rd among these three provenances, indicating the strongest photosynthetic potential for this northern provenance.
