概述了熵增理论与耗散结构理论,分析了涂层刀具在不可逆热力学非平衡态的自组织现象,研究了涂层刀具的自组织结构对刀具寿命、加工质量的影响。指出高速切削涂层刀具系统具有远离平衡态、非线性、涨落等耗散结构特点,认为可以从热力学有序度和熵的视角来认识高速切削涂层刀具在摩擦、磨损系统中的自组织现象。
Summarize the theory of entropy and dissipative structure theory,the self-organizing phenomena of the coated cutting tool in the irreversible thermodynamic non-equilibrium state are analysis. The effect of self-organized structure of coating tools on tool life and machining quality are studied. Points out that the dissipative structure characteristics of the high speed cutting tool system is characteristics of non-equilibrium,nonlinear and fluctuation. It is considered that the self- organization of the high speed cutting coating tools in the friction and wear system can be realized in the perspective of the order of thermodynamics and entropy.
