根据大秦线开行2万t重载组合列车对机车缓冲器可靠运用的要求,应用列车纵向动力学软件建立2万t重载组合列车多质点模型和缓冲器数值模型;按照列车紧急制动、常用制动和长大下坡道区段循环制动3种工况,分析比较机车分别装用DFC—E100缓冲器、MT—2缓冲器和QKX100型弹性胶泥缓冲器以及在列车紧急制动工况条件下改变DFC—E100型缓冲器最大阻抗力、行程和初压力等关键技术参数对2万t重载组合列车纵向动力学性能的影响。结果表明:机车装用不同型号缓冲器时的列车最大纵向力均在2 200 kN以内,中部机车的最大纵向力未超过1 700 kN;适宜于2万t重载组合列车的机车缓冲器的额定阻抗力、行程和初压力分别为2.25 MN,110 mm以下和150 kN左右。
The 20 kt heavy haul combined trains would require higher safety for the locomotive draft gear on Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway in China.The multi-mass dynamics model of 20 kt heavy haul combined train and the draft gear numerical models were presented by the train longitudinal dynamics software in the paper.The locomotives of the heavy haul combined train were equipped with DFC—E100 draft gear,MT—2 draft gear and QKX100 elasticity cement draft gear.On the cases of emergency braking,full service braking and circle braking,the equipments affected the train longitudinal dynamics.The influences were analyzed by the train longitudinal dynamics model.On the case of emergency braking,adjusting the key parameters such as max displacement,max resistance force and initial pressure of DFC—E100 draft gear would affect the longitudinal dynamics performance of the combined train.The results demonstrate that if the three types of draft gears are equipped on the locomotive of 20 kt heavy haul combined train,the max longitudinal forces are below 2 200 kN,and the longitudinal forces of the locomotive in the middle of the heavy haul combined train do not exceed 1 700 kN.The results show that the key parameters such as the max resistance force is set 2.25 MN,the max displacement is set below 110 mm and the initial pressure is set about 150 kN,are suit for the 20 kt heavy haul combined train.
