本文基于运营模式视角,将我国网络教育组织运营分为诊所型、搜索型、设计型和渠道型四类。在对网络教育特征及现状分析的基础上,深入研究我国网络教育运营模式的理论基础,并据此进行模式创新探索。本研究认为,网络教育将逐步由学历教育向内容培训转变的趋势,以及网络教育市场化程度加强的倾向将主导其运营模式的创新,设计型与渠道型价值定位将逐步转向诊所型与搜索型价值定位;同时,传统的、以硬资源渠道建设为主的运营模式将向市场化的、更加注重软资源渠道建设模式转变。
this paper based on the perspective of operation mode, China’s Network education operation mode is divided into four categories: the clinic type,the search type, the design type and the channel type. On the basis of the characteristics and present situation analysis of the network education, to study the theoretical basis of the network education operation mode in China, and innovation and exploration. This study suggests that Network education will be gradually transformed from academic education to content training, as well as marketization degree of network education is gradually deepening, both will leading operation mode innovation, design and channel type will gradually shift to the clinic type and search type. Also, traditional and hard resource operation mode will be market-oriented and more emphasis on the soft resources channel mode change.
