自行设计了一种起承载作用的剪叉式机动平台,并根据平台工作时可能承受的载荷,对机动平台进行了理论分析.对剪叉式机动平台的整体刚度和铰支点处应力进行有限元分析,为增加刚度并减小应力,对空心矩形截面结构形状和铰支点处结构进行了优化,获得了较为满意的结果.研究结果表明设计的剪叉式机动平台能满足承载要求.
A scissor mobile platform whose main function is to stand under load is designed and it's theory analysis is done according to the load conditions that platform may bear. The finite element analysis is done on the overall stiffness of the platform and stress near the hinge support, in order to increase the stiffness and reduce the stress, the structure shape of hollow rectangular cross section and structure near the hinge support is optimized, and satisfactory results are obtained. The research results show that the scissor mobile platform could meet the requirements of bearing load.
