我国全面建设小康社会的进程极不平衡,东部地区经济社会发展水平明显高于西部,而昭通市的经济社会发展水平在西部地区尚处于较低层次,通过2012年昭通市与云南省经济社会发展的几项主要指标的对比,分析昭通市与全省同步全面建成小康社会面临的主要问题,并提出相应的对策分析。

Our country’s construction of the well-off society is rather imbalanced and the economic and social development level of the east is apparently higher than the west and the development of Zhaotong remains at a relatively low level in west areas.Through comparing the main social and economic indicators of Zhaotong and Yunnan province,this paper is aimed at finding out the specific issues facing the construction of the well-off society and the solutions to these problems.
