过去控制直流电机多由单片机完成,其不但接口繁琐,而且速度慢,不易在高温、高压等恶劣环境下工作。针对电压闭环和电流闭环直流调速系统的不足,采用数字信息化的方法,设计一种基于DSP控制器的通用电机调速系统,并将其应用于电动车驱动系统电机控制中。仿真结果表明,该系统工作稳定可靠,运行速度提高了60%以上,达到了设计要求。
In the past,DC motor was controlled by MCU,which has many kinds of interfaces and slow speed,and is not suitable for application in high temperature and high voltage environments. Aiming at the deficiency of existing voltage closed?loop and current closed?loop DC speed control system, a universal motor speed control system based on DSP controller was de?signed with the digital information method. It has been applied to the motor control system of an electric vehicle. The simulation results show that the system is reliable and stable,and its speed is increased by more than 60%.
