介绍了长距离管道输煤煤浆制备过程中,通过优化给出的煤浆制备控制标准:煤浆颗粒小于0.044mm所占比例大于20%,最大颗粒小于1.2mm,煤浆流变特性刚度系数η大于25MPa·s,为保证煤浆管道的运输安全提供了科学依据。另外,借用前期固、液两相流研究推导的阻力损失和不淤流速的半理论半经验公式,通过管道输煤资料回归的经验系数,对国内外输煤实验资料,美国Black Measa输煤管线工程资料验证,误差不超过10%,说明推导的公式具有较高精度,可以用于输煤计算。
This paper introduces control standard of grinding particle and coal slurry in the process of long distance pipeline coal slurry preparation. The proportion of coal slurry particles smaller than 0. 044 mm is over 20%, and the largest particle is smaller than 1.2mm. The rheological property of coal slurry stiffness coefficient "q is greater than 25mPa. s, in order to provide a scientific basis for pipeline coal slurry production. In addition, previous research of the resistance loss parameters in solid liquid phase flows along with semi-theoretical and semi-empirical formula are verified with experimental data of coal pipeline transportation and operation data of Black Measa coal pipeline in the United States, and the error is less than 10%. It is found that this formula is precise and suitable for calculation of coal pipeline transportation.
