The authors propose the establishment of species identification coding system of rules, design and write application software of specie identification coding system, recorded the information of 1000 species classification and descriptions （flukes, tapeworms, nematodes, spine head worms, fleas, protozoa, viruses, etc.）, more than 3,000 pieces of drawings, and created a site, the website is www.wzsfz.com, by running with good results. Species identification coding system can be used for the world of scientific research, teaching and popularization of science to provide relevant technical information. It has a great significance in preservation , accumulation and statistics species data.
