评述了国内外磷矿石分析文献的基本概况,重点评介了磷矿石多元素同时分析的文献及所用主要技术与方法(X射线荧光光谱分析技术和电感耦合等离子体光谱/质谱分析技术的特点、检测能力、精密度和准确度),以及磷矿石分析技术的研究进展和应用前景。结果表明:x射线荧光光谱和电感耦合等离子体光谱/质谱技术是目前磷矿石多元素分析最有效的技术方法,前者主要用于主、次组分测定,而后者的优势在于痕量组分分析。最后,结合目前国内磷矿石分析的现状,讨论了国内磷矿石分析技术的未来发展方向并提出相关建议。
The basic condition of the reference on the analysis of phosphate ores at home and abroad was commented. An review was conducted on the literature of the simultaneous analysis of multi-ele- ments in phosphate ore and its main technology and methods (the characteristics, detection capability, precision and accuracy of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma atomic emis- sion spectrometry/mass spectrometry technology) 1 and the research progress and application prospect of phosphate ore analysis technology. The result indicated that X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry/mass spectrometry technology was the most effective method for the multi-element analysis of phosphate ore. The former method was mainly used for the determination of major and minor components while the latter one was featured with trace com- ponent analysis. Finally, according to the current situation of domestic phosphate ore analysis, the fu- ture progress of domestic phosphate analysis technology and the related suggestions were discussed and proposed.
