From the aspect of population as a cultural carrier, the paper sets forth population migration and its historical process and cultural features of Han Culture as the main culture of the Pan - Pearl River Delta. It also expounds the relationship of different cultural types. Taking every province and the features of Han Culture as an example, it points out that the combination of their local culture and the culture in the places where they migrate is the main force of creating new culture. In the current conditions, more attention is supposed to be paid to the researches of cultural effects and integration brought by migration in the Pan - Pearl River Delta, providing a cultural support order to realize the regional union in the Pan -Pearl River Delta.
