目的研究我国中药材GAP基地产独活(Angelica pubescens Maxim.f.biserrata Shan et Yuan)根的化学成分。方法采用溶剂萃取和柱色谱方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱学数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从独活甲醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:甲氧基欧芹素(Ⅰ),二氢欧山芹素(Ⅱ),2'-去氧橙皮内酯水合物(Ⅲ),二氢欧山芹醇乙酸酯(Ⅳ),香柑内酯(Ⅴ),花椒毒素(Ⅵ),佛手酚(Ⅶ),二氢欧山芹醇(Ⅷ),蔗糖(Ⅸ),异欧前胡素(Ⅹ),补骨脂素(Ⅺ)、没药当归烯酮(Ⅻ)和甘油酯(ⅩⅢ)。结论化合物Ⅶ和Ⅺ为首次从该植物中分离得到,Ⅲ为首次从本属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the root of Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. biserrata Shan et Yuan in the China National GAP Base of Chinese Materia Medica for Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. biserrata in Hubei Province of China. Methods The chemical components were isolated by solvent extraction and column chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of physic-chemical constants and spectral data. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as osthole ( Ⅰ ), columbianadin ( Ⅱ ), 2'-deoxymeranzin hydrate (Ⅲ) ,columbianetin acetate (Ⅳ), bergapten (Ⅴ), xanthotoxin (Ⅵ), bergaptol (Ⅶ), columbianetin (Ⅷ), sucrose (Ⅸ), isoimperatorin (Ⅹ). psoralen (Ⅺ), bisabolangelone (Ⅻ) and glyceride (ⅩⅢ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅶ and Ⅺ were isolated from the titled plant and Ⅲ from genus Angelica for the first time.
