疲劳和磨损是影响枪炮身管寿命的两个重要因素。本研究简述了枪炮身管抗疲劳和磨损技术研究进展,并对身管烧蚀磨损寿命和疲劳寿命评估现状进行评述,指出以药室增长量或膛线起始部位,径向磨损量预测身管剩余寿命科学依据不足,且未考虑疲劳和磨损的耦合作用促使裂纹萌生和扩展速率加速的现象。鉴于传统的寿命预测技术不能准确预测身管失效时间,身管健康监测已成为确保枪炮安全服役的重要手段。任一发弹射击时身管外表面产生的应变包含了弹、炮、药三者的综合信息,文中提出以应变增量为身管损伤状态特征值,基于实测身管外壁面应变和局部应变法,建立身管健康状态、外壁面应变和寿命(射弹数)三者之间的内在联系,对枪炮设计、试验、使用和维护具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。
Fatigue and wear are two key factors affecting gun barrel life. Progress in anti-wear and fatigue technologies for gun barrel is summarized in this paper. Furthermore,evaluation of erosion-wear life and fatigue life of gun barrel is reviewed. It lacks reasonable scientific evidence to predict gun barrel residual life according to the increase in length of chamber or wear of radial diameter of the commencement of the rifling. And the phenomena of accelerating crack formation and propagation under fatiguewear interaction has not been considered. Barrel health monitoring is an important means to certify the safe service when the traditional life prediction methods could not accurately assess the failure time of gun barrel. Comprehensive information of projectile,gun and propellant can be reflected by the strain of the gun barrel outside surface. Strain increment is presented as the damage characteristic of gun barrel in this study. Based on the measured strain data and local strain method,the relationship between the barrel health,outside surface strain and barrel life( round) is established. It is pointed out that gun barrel health monitoring has great theoretical significance and application value in design,experiment,usage and maintenance of gun.
