提出一种总线型车身控制系统功能和实时性的硬件在环检测方法,描述了多级结构的闭环实时检测系统,给出了自动化测试用例的形式化定义,阐述了部件响应延时的计算方法。将总线的消息竞争概率作为测试指标,表征极限测试下的车身操作不一致性,并给出消息竞争的发现算法。通过运行实际系统检验了方法的有效性,试验结果表明,硬件在环检测能准确记录操作和响应的时序,提高车身控制系统的鲁棒性。
A hardware-in-the-loop test scheme is proposed for verifying the function and real-time performance of bus-based auto-body control system. The multi-level structure of closed-loop real-time test system is described, the formal definition of use case for test automation is introduced, and the calculation method of component response delay is detailed. The probability of message competition is taken as test indicator to represent the incon- sistency of auto-body system manipulation in extreme test with the discovery algorithm for message competition given. The validity of proposed scheme is verified through the operation of real system. The results show that hardware-in-the-loop test can accurately record the manipulations and response sequences, enhancing the robustness of auto-body control system.
