采用固相法制备了LiFe0.8Mn0.2-xLaxPO4/C(x=0,0.025,0.050)复合材料。通过XRD、SEM和恒流充放电测试对材料的晶体结构、形貌和电化学性能进行研究。结果表明少量的La掺入并未影响到LiFe0.8Mn0.2PO4/C的晶体结构,但显著改善了材料的电化学性能。LiFe0.8Mn0.175La0.025PO4/C在0.1C,0.5C,1C,2C和5C倍率下的首次放电比容量分别为154.7,145.0,135.3,125.4和118.1 mAh/g,此外,材料还表现出较好的循环性能,LiFe0.8Mn0.175La0.025PO4/C在1C倍率下循环30次后,容量保持率为99.5%。
LiFe0.8Mn0.2–xLaxPO4/C(x=0,0.025,0.050) composite materials were synthesized via solid-state reactions.The crystal structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of the prepared samples were investigated using XRD,SEM and galvanostatic charge–discharge test.The results indicate that the low concentration La doping does not affect the structure of LiFe0.8Mn0.2PO4/C,but considerablely improve its electrochemical properties.For the sample LiFe0.8Mn0.175La0.025PO4/C,the initial discharge capacities are 154.7,145.0,135.5,125.4,118.1 mAh/g at rates of 0.1C,0.5C,1C,2C,5C,respectively.Furthermore,The material also exhibits excellent cycling stability.The capacity retention rate of LiFe0.8Mn0.175La0.025PO4/C is 99.5% after 30 cycles at 1C.
