为探索益生菌对新城疫(ND)疫苗免疫雏鸡的免疫效果影响。将100只1日龄AA肉鸡随机分为益生菌组、ND疫苗单独免疫组、益生菌联合ND疫苗应用组和空白对照组。采用MTT法和实时荧光定量PCR法检测各试验雏鸡于ND疫苗两次应用后0、7、14、28、42 d胸腺、脾脏中细胞免疫功能及IL-2 mRNA的表达。结果发现,益生菌联合ND疫苗免疫雏鸡后,其胸腺和脾脏中T细胞增殖能力和IL-2 mRNA表达,分别于ND疫苗免疫后7~28 d明显(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)高于ND疫苗或益生菌单独应用雏鸡。表明益生菌可通过提高雏鸡免疫器官中T细胞增殖功能和IL-2 mRNA表达,发挥增强ND疫苗免疫效应作用。
In order to explore the effects of probiotics on the immune response in chicks vaccinated with Newcastle disease(ND)vaccine,100 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into probiotics alone group,ND vaccine alone immune group,probiotics and ND vaccine combination group,and blank control group.Test samples of chicks in each group after ND vaccination were collected at 0,7,14,28,and 42 days post vaccination.The cellular immune function and IL-2 mRNA expression in thymus and spleen of probiotics-fed chicks vaccinated with ND vaccine were detected by MTT and RT-PCR.The results showed that the proliferation function of T cell in thymus and spleen of probiotics-fed chicks vaccinated with ND vaccine were significanty higher(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) than vaccination alone or probiotics-fed chicks at 7~28 days after vaccination.These data show that probiotics can enhance the immune efficacy of ND vaccine by enhancing the proliferation of T cells and IL-2 mRNA expression in thymus and spleen of chicks.
