用SPSS20.0对我国黑龙江和内蒙古的6个野生秋子梨群体花的形态指标进行方差分析、聚类分析、及各形态指标与海拔的相关性分析,从而研究我国野生秋子花的形态变异特征,以继续探索我国野生秋子的遗传多样性特点,为野生秋子梨资源的分类和保护提供理论依据。方差分析表明黑龙江野生秋子梨群体遗传多样性高,其花型大,花柄长而内蒙古野生秋子梨群体遗传多样性低,其花型小且花柄短;聚类分析表明‘HLJ-FY’野生梨群体与其他野生秋子梨群体有较大差异,而单独聚为一类;相关性分析表明海拔高度与野生秋子梨花形态指标成显著负相关关系。研究揭示了我国野生秋子梨群体特别是内蒙古野生秋子梨群体的遗传多样性较低,急需加以保护。
In this paper, SPSS20.0 was used to analysis variance of 6 wild Pyrus ussuriensis groups floral morphology index in Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia, in order to explore the genetic diversity of Chinese wild Pyrus ussuriensis which can provide theoretical basis for the use and protection of wild Pyrus ussuriensis. Analysis of variance showed that genetic diversity of wild Pyrus ussuriensis n Heilongjiang is higher and the flowers are more bigger, flower stalks length are longer, while genetic diversity of wild Pyrus ussuriensis in Inner Mongolia is lower, the flowers are smaller and the flower stalks are shorter. Clustering analysis showed that there is great difference between 'HLJ-FY' group and other wild Pyrus ussuriensis groups, it formed a separate cluster class from other groups; Correlation analysis showed a significant negative correlation between altitude and morphological index of wild Pyrus ussuriensis flower. The study reveals that genetic diversity of wild Pyrus ussuriensis in China, especially Inner Mongolia wild Pyrus ussuriensis, is low, which need to be protected.
