研究了添加剂Si对纯Fe粉末触媒合成金刚石的影响。实验中将一定比例的无定形Si粉直接添加到Fe-C粉末体系中并均匀混合,利用高温高压条件,进行掺Si合成金刚石的研究。实验结果表明,由于体系中Si的掺入,合成金刚石的最低压力点及温度明显降低,“V”形区发生了移动;并且考察了Fe-C、Fe-Si-C两种体系中合成金刚石的情况;借助于光学显微镜,发现Fe-Si-C体系合成出的晶体晶形完整,且多为八面体,颜色比Fe-C体系合成的晶体要浅,经红外光谱检测,Fe-Si—C体系合成出的晶体含氮量明显低于Fe-C体系所合成的晶体。
In this paper, the effect of additive Si on synthesizing diamond using pure Fe powder catalyst has been studied. Amorphous Si powder was directly added to Fe-C powder system according to certain ratio in experiment. Then the system was uniformly mixed. By HPHT method, the study on introducing Si into diamond synthesis was carried out. Experimental results indicate that, due to the introduction of Si, the minimum pressure and temperature for diamond formation were reduced obviously, and the V-shape region was moved. Diamond synthesis in Fe-C and Fe-Si-C systems has been investigated. Appealing to optical microscope, we found that the color of diamonds grown in Fe-Si-C system appeared to be shallower than that grown in Fe-C system. And the diamonds from Si-added system were integrated and octahedral in shape mostly. IR results indicated that the nitrogen content of the crystals grown in Fe-Si-C system was obviously lower than that in Fe-C system.
