HSPA+技术是3GPPR7协议引入的新特性,是WCDMA网络的进一步演进和增强。HSPA+系统是一个资源共享的系统,为提高系统无线资源的利用率和网络性能,同时解决网络负载接近饱和时产生的Iub口(RNC与NodeB之间的接口)拥塞问题,提出了一种基于过准入的Iub流量控制策略。该策略主要分两个过程,首先在Iub口带宽资源一定的情况下通过过准入策略尽可能多的接入用户,其次是通过拥塞解拥塞处理,及时控制用户第二协议层(L2)的数据速率,在获得用户面吞吐率的稳定性的同时提高系统资源利用率。仿真结果表明,该流量控制策略能够有效的降低拥塞、提高网络性能,并在一定程度上保证用户间的公平性及系统的稳定性。
HSPA+ is a new feature introduced in 3GPP Release 7,and it is the further enhancement and evolution of WCDMA network with higher peak traffic of user's downlink transmission rate. HSPA+ system is a shared-resource system. In order to improve the utilization of wireless resource and network performance,and solve the problem of Iub congestion when the network approached to saturation,a second layer (L2) flow control strategy was proposed based on over admission strategy. The purpose of this strategy is to control the congestion and congestion recover immediately,control the traffic rate of L2 instantly,which can make the throughput of L2 fluctuate smoothly,and achieve stability of the throughput of the user's plane. The stimulated results show that,the novel congestion control strategy can decrease congestion efficiently,enhance network performance,and guarantee the user's fairness and the system's stability on a certain extent.
