本文以外消旋的2,2’-二羟基-1,1’-联萘为原料,通过酚羟基的酯化反应、磺酸酐与格氏试剂的偶联反应、甲基的溴化反应、二溴甲基的水解反应和Wittig反应5个步骤来合成2,2’-二炔基-1,1’一联萘分子,并用核磁共振波谱来表征所得到的4个中间体和目标化舍物的分子结构式。
2,2' - diethynyl - 1,1' - binaphthyl was synthesized by using racemic 2,2' - dihydroxy - 1,1' - binaphthyl as a starting material via a 5 - step process of esterification of phenolic hydroxyl group, coupling reaction of sulfonic anhydride with Grignard reagent, bromination of methyl, hydrolysis of dibromomethyl and Wittig reaction. The four intermediates and the target product have been characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
