激光微推进技术是激光推进技术的重要分支,其主要用于研制一种用于卫星姿轨控的激光微推力器。激光微烧蚀靶材形成的羽流流场演化特性及其所表征的力学性能是激光微推进技术研究的热点问题。针对激光微烧蚀靶材所形成羽流流场的特点,采用纹影光学显示方法,实现了毫米尺度的带有自发光的激光烧蚀固体靶材微秒时间尺度的羽流流场观测。选取典型的聚合物材料作为靶材,分析了激光微烧蚀聚合物靶材的羽流演化特性,并对不同靶材获得的流场演化特征进行对比,结果表明:PVC材料更适合于作为激光微推进固体工质的选材。
The laser micro propulsion is one of the important branch of laser propulsion research field. The laser micro thruster is typically used for the satellite gesture and orbit control. The plume field evolvement and the thrust formation characteristics of laser micro ablation are hot research points. According to the characteristics of the plume field evolvement, take the schlieren technology as the flow visualization method, a millimeter scale distinct, with self- luminescence, and microsecond time freezing data image could be obtained. Nine kinds of solid poly- mers were taken as the targets, the process of the plume field evolvement was contrasted and analyzed, the result shows that, the PVC is the best solid target choice for the laser micro propulsion
