本文从战略内容的变化和战略决策程序的变化两个维度阐述了战略转型的内涵,厘清了公司层、经营层和职能层战略内容变化之间的关系。基于此,本文清晰地界定了战略转型的内涵,即企业战略发生的系统性变化的过程,并且评述了战略转型的度量方法。本文还分别从资源和能力、外部环境以及管理者特征和动机的角度分析了这些关键要素是如何影响战略转型的。然后基于战略转型内涵和理论视角的分析构建了战略转型研究的一个一般框架。最后结合现有战略转型研究的不足指出了未来研究方向。
This paper elaborates the connotation of strategic transformation from the per- spectives of both changes in strategic content and decision-making process and clarifies the relationship among the changes in corporate-level, business-level and functional-level strategic content.Besides,it clearly defines the connotation of strategic transformation as a process of systematic change in corporate strategy and reviews the measurement methods of strategic transformation. It analyzes how key factors affect strategic transformation from the perspectives of resources & capacity,external environment and managers' characteristics & motivations.Then, based on the analysis of the connotation and theoretical perspectives of strategic transformation,this paper builds a general framework for strategic transformation research. Finally, it points out the directions in future research based on the limitations of current strategic transformation research.
