阐述了对电机性能影响最大的纵向边缘效应,通过电磁场分析得到该效应对磁场的负面作用,并使用有效初级绕组相感应电势的方式得到等效系数.通过该等效系数将纵向边缘效应考虑到等效电路中去,使考虑纵向边缘效应的电机特性很方便得到计算.实验中分别讨论了电机在不同气隙和供电频率下的推力、法向力、次级功率因数和效率的变化曲线,为直线感应牵引电机的特性分析和在轨道交通中的应用提供了重要方法和依据.
The largest longitudinal edge effect of motor performance was introduced in this paper, the negative effect was obtained by the electromagnetic field analysis, and the equivalent factor was gotten by using electrical potential induced by effective primary winding. The longitudinal edge effect was used into the equivalent circuit, the motor characteristic through equivalent circuit considering edge effect are computed. Finally, the thrust, normal force, subpower factor and efficiency were discussed under different air gap and supply power frequency. The work in this paper provides important method and evidence for the characteristic analysis of linear induction traction motor and rail transit application.
