目的:观察SD大鼠母鼠孕期的优裕"胎教"与地震"胎损"环境对子代初生大鼠的体重、身长的影响,以判定优裕胎教环境和地震胎损环境造模是否能体现出胎教和胎损的特点。方法:将初次受孕的12只孕鼠随机分为优裕环境组、空白对照组、地震胎损组,每组4只,分别给予不同的环境干预措施直至生产,并测量出初生子代鼠的体重和身长。结果:地震胎损组和优裕环境组的比较中,体重和身长P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义,优裕环境组的体重和身长均优于地震胎损组。结论:以中医经典理论为指导的优裕胎教环境造模和地震胎损环境的造模能体现出胎教和胎损的特点。
Objective: To observe the influence of pregnant rats' favorable environment and earthquake environment on the birth weight and length of the offspring, and to determine if the animal model can reflect the characteristics of the favorable environment and earthquake environment in terms of prenatal education and fetal injury. Methods: Divide 12 first pregnant rats into 3 groups: one group in favorable environment, one in blank control group and another in earthquake fetal environment. Interfere the 3 groups with different measures until production and measure the offspring birth weight and length. Result: The comparison result of the birth weight and length between the rats in favorable environment group and whose in earthquake environment group is statistically significant. Conclusions: The animal models of the favorable environment and the earthquake fetal environment under the guidance of classical theory of TCM can reflect the characteristics of the favorable environment and earthquake environment.
