信用是现代市场经济的灵魂,而目前我国企业信用问题已成为严重影响经济发展的顽梗。本文通过阐述企业信用管理制度的重要作用,针对我国企业面临的信用困境找准信用建设的契合点,提出建立中国特色的企业信用管理制度系统模式的若干对策建议。
英文摘要：
Credit is the soul of modern market economy,however China＇s credit issues have become a major obstacle affecting the economic development.This paper begins with the elaboration of the important role of credit management system in business;then it tries to find a proper way of constructing credit so as to deal with the difficulties enterprises confront;finally it puts forward several suggestions of establishing a system model with Chinese characteristics for managing enterprise credit.
