目的:研究白香丹胶囊对经前期综合征(PMS)肝气逆证大鼠血清和大脑皮层中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)与谷氨酸(Glu)的影响,进而探讨PMS肝气逆证的发病机制。方法:以情志刺激多因素法复制PMS肝气逆证大鼠模型,经药物白香丹胶囊干预,采用柱前衍生高效液相色谱法检测大鼠血清及皮层中GABA与Glu的含量。结果:大鼠造模后血清和大脑皮层中GABA、Glu含量均显著降低,白香丹胶囊给药后GABA、Glu含量均显著升高。结论:PMS肝气逆证大鼠血清及大脑皮层中GABA、Glu含量变化与PMS肝气逆证关系密切,白香丹胶囊可能通过调节血清及大脑皮层中GABA、Glu的表达发挥疗效。
Objective:To study the effect of Baixiangdan capsule on the γ-aminobutyric acid and glutamic acid in serum and cerebral cortex of rats with premenstrual syndrome liver-qi invasion,and to explore the pathogenesis of premenstrual syndrome(PMS).Methods:The PMS model rats with liver-qi invasion were induced by multiple emotional stimulations,Baixiangdan capsule was adminisiterd after PMS induction.The content of GABA and Glu in serum and cerebral cortex of rats were detected by a fluoroscopy high performance liquid chromatographic method(HPLC).Results:Baixiangdan capsule could markedly regulate the expression levels of Glu and GABA in serum and cerebral cortex of liver-qi invasion model rats.Conclusion:PMS with liver-qi invasion was in close relation to the changes of the content of Glu and GABA in serum and cerebral cortex.Baixiangdan capsule might partially play its role in ameliorating PMS by regulating the content of Glu and GABA in serum and cerebral cortex.
