It is regarded as the goal for innovation entrepreneurship education to cultivate talents with basic entrepreneurial qualities and initiate personalities. This education model aims to cultivate students＇ enterprising spirit and innovation abilities that are required at the beginning of their entrepreneurship. The effective strategies to apply ＂Intemet ＋＂ thinking into colleges entrepreneurship innovation education are： to make the education geared to the needs of the whole society, to divide students in entrepreneurship into groups of starting, having started and being successful, and to respectively conduct thinking cultivation and practice training in stages and in levels.
