葛根素注射液对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠胰岛素抵抗及生殖激素的影响

目的探讨葛根素注射液对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠胰岛素抵抗及生殖激素的影响。方法通过脱氢表雄酮诱导复制多囊卵巢综合征雌性大鼠模型92只为研究对象,随机分成两组,各46只。对照组应用二甲双胍灌胃治疗,观察组腹腔注射葛根素注射液。结果观察组总有效率84.8%,高于对照组的总有效率65.2%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。干预后,观察组大鼠各项生殖激素水平均低于对照组大鼠,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。干预后,观察组大鼠FINS、FPG、HOMA-IR均低于对照组大鼠,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论葛根素注射液治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效确切,可以调节机体生殖激素水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,促进卵巢功能的恢复。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the effect of puerarin injection on insulin resistance and reproductive hormones of rats with polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS). Methods PCOS model was established by dehydroepiandrosterone induction in 92 female rats,then the rats were randomly divided into two groups,46 rats in each group. The rats in control group were treated with intragastric administration of metformin,the rats in observation group were treated with transabdominal injection of puerarin. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 84. 8%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( 65. 2%)( P〈0. 05). After intervention,the levels of reproductive hormones in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group( P〈0. 01). After intervention,the levels of fasting insulin,fasting plasma glucose,and HOMA-IR in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The curative effect of puerarin injection in treatment of PCOS is good,puerarin injection can regulate reproductive hormones,improve insulin resistance,and promote recovery of ovarian function.
