电流源和电压源型谐振变换器在聚丙烯薄膜表面处理中的对比

文中给出了应用于材料表面处理的电流源与电压源型谐振变换器的分析,并进行了聚丙烯薄膜表面处理效果对比实验。较传统电压源型谐振变换器,电流源型具有良好的抗短路特性,保护了开关器件并延长了系统寿命。同时,电流源系统具有更长的单位周期放电时间,应用于材料表面处理时,可获得更大的表面张力。设计并搭建了两个9 kW/26 kHz的电流源型和电压源型谐振变换器,并分别进行了聚丙烯薄膜表面处理实验。结果表明,聚丙烯薄膜表面经电流源型系统处理之后具有更好的处理效果。

英文摘要:

The design and analysis of the current source and voltage source resonant converter applied in polypropylene film surface treatment was proposed and the file surface treating experiment has been done. The current source system is capable of antishort-circuit ability which can protect the switching devices and extend the system lifetime. In addition, larger surface tension of the treated material was acquired with longer discharge time in every resonant period. A 9 kW/26 kHz current source and voltage source resonant converter prototypes were designed and built to treat the polypropylene film. The treated film contact angle was measured by shape image analysis method. The experimental results verify the proposed theories.
