职场友谊作为正式任务目标与非正式人际关系交互影响的生成物,在职场人际关系中扮演重要角色。基于419份企业员工调查问卷,综合社会网络理论、社会角色理论,探讨职场友谊对知识共享意愿影响的作用机制与边界条件。研究结果表明:友谊机会、友谊强度对知识共享意愿产生显著正向影响;友谊强度对感知长期互动产生显著正向影响;感知长期互动对知识共享意愿产生显著正向影响;感知长期互动在友谊强度与知识共享意愿关系中具有部分中介作用;性别调节了“友谊强度一感知长期互动一知识共享意愿”前半段路径,即女性员工对相同程度的友谊强度做出更高评价,形成更高感知长期互动,从而产生更强的知识共享意愿。
As a product of interaction between formal work-target and informal interpersonal relationship, work- place friendship plays an important role among workplace relationship. Based on the theories of social network and social role, this article seeks to examine the influence of workplace friendship on knowledge sharing inten- tion, mediating role of perceived long-term interaction on different gender of employees. Data was collected from enterprises in Mainland of China involving 419 employees. Results indicate: (1) Friendship opportunity, friendship strength and perceived long-term interaction directly influence employee knowledge sharing intention; (2) Friend- ship strength positively affects perceived long-term interaction and insignificant influence of friendship opportunity after controlling friendship strength; (3) Perceived long-term interaction mediated the relationship between friend- ship strength and knowledge sharing intention; (4) Gender moderates the mediated effect of perceived long-term in- teraction, specifically the relationship between friendship strength and perceived long-term interaction is stronger to women employees than men, so perceived long-term interaction plays a more important role between friendship strengthen and knowledge sharing intention for women
