在不完全契约视角下,对风险分担进行动态解构,并引入组织间信任要素,构建了信任、初始风险分担、风险再分担及项目管理绩效理论模型.实证研究表明：信任对初始风险分担及绩效改善具有正向作用,而与风险再分担缺乏关联性;初始风险分担与风险再分担均能够正向影响绩效,且初始风险分担在信任与绩效改善的关系中发挥中介作用.
英文摘要：
Risk allocation and trust relationship in construction project are interdependence. Based on the incomplete con- tract theory, this paper analyzed the theoretic frame of risk allocation, introduced trust between owner and contractor as a variable, and then constructed an interdependence model involving trust, initial risk allocation, risk reallocation and project management performance. The results show that trust has significant effect on initial risk allocation and performance, initial risk allocation and reallocation have effect on performance, and the initial risk allocation plays mediating role between trust and performance.
