为了探明贵定本地茶种鸟王茶与引进的福鼎茶的化学成分差异,利用高效液相色谱法测定和比较两种茶叶中茶氨酸的含量差异。采用C.。色谱柱,流动相为甲醇和三氟乙酸溶液(体积分数为0.05%),流速为0.8mL/min,紫外检测波长为208nm,柱温室温,外标法定量。结果显示,在不同茶叶类型不同采摘时期,鸟王种的茶氨酸的含量均明显高于福鼎种,两种茶叶的茶氨酸含量有显著性差异。
The theanine was determined in tea of Niaowang and Fuding of Guiding by HPLC, and the difference contents were compared between Niaowang tea and Fuding Tea. The separation of theanine was achieved on a CIs analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid (A) and methanol (B) performed. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and the column temperature was maintained at temperature room. DAD wavelength was set at 208 nm. All calibration curves showed good linear regression within test ranges. The content of theanine in Niaowang tea was better than that in Fuding tea. The results showed that in different picking periods to different tea types, the content of theanine in Niaowang tea was significantly higher than that in fuding, the content of theanine in two species of tea was significant difference.
