针对低速换向时定向井有杆抽油系统摩擦力表现出的非线性特性,采用LuGre摩擦模型来描述该系统的摩擦行为,在此基础上对该系统的动态特性进行分析。介绍了LuGre摩擦模型,并给出了符合工程应用的模型参数数值;将抽油杆柱的振动视为多级杆的纵向振动,对杆柱单元进行受力分析,结合有限元和有限差分法建立了杆柱的载荷和位移递推公式,并给出了杆柱载荷和位移的边界条件以及杆柱运动的初始条件;给出了分析实例,并将分析结果与采用经典库仑摩擦模型的计算结果进行了对比。对比结果表明,LuGre摩擦模型能较好地反映低速换向时定向井有杆抽油系统摩擦力的非线性特性,基于LuGre摩擦模型计算得到的泵功图更接近真实工况。
Based on the LuGre friction model, the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of a sucker--rod pumping system of directional well were simulated. Firstly, the LuGre friction model was introduced, and the values of its six model parameters,which satisfied the engineering's needs, were obtained according to handbook and computation. Then, the vibration of the rod of sucker-- rod pumping system was regarded as an axial vibration of multi--segment flexible rod. The load analysis of rod element was accomplished by means of the finite element method, and recurrence formulas of load and elastic deformation were derived through the finite difference method. The boundary and initial conditions of the load and deformation were evaluated. In the end, a numerical example was given, where a comparison between the elastic deformation of pumping piston obtained based on LuGre friction model and that obtained based on classical Coulomb friction model was made to show that the LuGre friction model describes the friction of sucker--rod pumping system better.
