种植汕优63F2代1866m^2,实收单产5.15t/hm^2,只有汕优63F1代(单产8.58t/hm^2)的60%。调查了汕优63的P1、P2、F1和F24个世代株高的表型分布,运用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型和分离世代加不分离世代联合分析的方法对株高性状进行遗传分析。结果表明,株高性状受2对主基因+多基因共同控制,2对主基因和多基因都存在加性-显性-上位性效应,以主基因遗传为主。
Hybrid rice Shanyou 63 F2 plants were transplanted in 1 866 m^2 of paddy rice field and 960 kg rough rice was harvested, which was equivalent to 5. 145 t/hm^2. The per unit area yield in F2 was 60% of that in F1, which was 8. 576 t/hm^2 in the same trial. Phenotypic distribution of plant height was investigated in P1, P2, F1 and F2 generations of Shanyou 63. Genetic segregation analysis on plant height was conducted by using major gene-polygene mixed inheritance models and joint analysis method of segregating plus non-segregating generations. The results showed that plant height was controlled by two major genes + polygenes. Both the two major genes and polygenes had additive-dominance-epistatic effects. Plant height was mainly governed by major genes.
