提出了一种基于面边图的孔特征识别方法,并将该方法应用于模具零件图中孔系尺寸的自动标注。以注射模为例对各类孔特征进行了分类,通过图表达和子图匹配识别出零件中的孔特征,进而提取出孔的加工参数,同时采用统一的参数模型对不同类型孔的加工参数进行存储和管理,并自动生成孔的加工参数表,以此为基础,在UG平台上开发了孔表模块,提高了模具零件图的设计效率。
A feature recognition method based on face-edge graph was presented to realize automatic dimensioning of holes in mould parts drawings. Various hole features in injection mould were represented and classified. The hole features can be automatically recognized by graph representation and subgraph matching. Meanwhile, a unified parameter model was established to store and manage the recognized processing parameters of holes. Then, an associated hole table was automatically generated according to the processing parameters. The method was used to develop a hole table module on UG, which was proved to greatly increase the design efficiency of engineering drawing.
