根据砂岩石窟窟顶浅层剥落病害特征,研究微型松木锚杆加固技术。利用砂岩石窟室内模拟岩体,用环氧树脂粉煤灰混合液为灌浆材料;为研究微型松木锚杆表面形态对极限抗拔力的影响,设计了四种不同表面形态的微型松木杆。试验结果表明松木锚杆表面形态对其极限抗拔力具有明显影响,建议工程应用中对微型松木杆表面进行磨砂划痕处理。
Regarding to characteristics of shallow spalling of sandstone grottoes, the micro pine rod technique is developed. The test samples were prepared with laboratory simulating rock mass, and the mixture of epoxy resin and fly-ash are utilized as grouting material. Four types of micro pine rods with different surface roughness are designed for studying its effect on pulling resistance. The results revealed that the surface roughness of micro pine rods have a certain influence on ultimate pulling resistance, the surface scratching process are recommended in practical application.
